We want you to love your AKIRA look, but if it's not the perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and must not be marked as Final Sale.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
